How to set the elevation view from specific height of the garage

Hello,

 

I am trying to figure it out how to set what part of the garage to be visible in elevation view.

When I use the elevation command I get the whole building in my elevation view as the result, see the link http://prntscr.com/iyq91l

The thing is I only want to show the part of the garage that is above the ground in elevation view. See the link

PARTLY SOLVED THE PROLEM: well I managed to find Youtube video tutorial on how it is done and I did manage to do it but not all the way. The tutorial shows how it is done but in my case I dont know how to remove concrete hatch and two lines that are still shown in the drawing. See here:

I would have placed the objects below the GL on a separate level so they could be switched them off or when in paper space used a wipeout or when in paper space moved the bottom line of my viewport to up to GL when in paper space.
