annoying refresh when save as drawings

when i save as a drawing in the title bar i have the exact name i wrote but if i see in window like in picture i can't see the update real name why?

 

 

i have autocad mech 2013...tested even on a autocad mechancial 2017

That is the Most Recent Files list. You have not closed the file under the new name yet. Once you do, it will show on the Most Recent Files list the next time you open AutoCad.

Yes is so in effectly. But I have a pc with draftsight and it do it .

If it is that important to you then stop using AutoCAD and switch to Draftsight. End of "problem".
