PDF Output Unstable from User to User

Recommended Posts

I publish a set of drawings, anywhere from 10-30 page sets and distribute them to the users here in the office. The border is centered on the page and all looks well. Then user 'A' prints out a set and the border is shifted slightly and most of the time off the page. Then user 'B' sends the PDF's to a client and they print it and call to complain the borders are off the page. I've worked at getting everything just right on this but there always seems to be some deviations from the pretty pages I distribute. I know some of it has to do with the print drivers the users have installed. Some users are using Adobe Reader to view the files and others are using Bluebeam Revu while others are using their browser as their default PDF viewer.

Anyone have some suggestions on how to try and make everyone happy with this.

This is not a problem PDF viewer.
It is necessary to look at the parameters of creating PDF
See how user "A" prints.
And you need to watch your drawing. Is it a print or publication?

Thats why I gave up on publish just did screwy things at times. One layout would have a left margin next would have a right margin ?? Thats why I wrote plot range.
