BIGAL Posted June 11, 2024 Posted June 11, 2024 Did you only do the menu customisation inside CUI and save as acad.cuix ? You can copy the correct CUIX but a pain as its the default name. Thats why I save into custom MNU and custom cuix for ribbons. Yes Bricscad V20 works. May be time to upgrade 2007 is pretty old. Bricscad is now V24. Quote

I believe you can export and then import your profile among other settings. How to export, import, backup, and transfer settings to and from AutoCAD (autodesk.com) 1 Quote
filapost Posted June 18, 2024 Posted June 18, 2024 THE PROBLEM WAS CAUSED FROM A CORRUPTED PROFILE. I DID EXACTLY WHAT YOU SAID AND IT WORKS PERFECTLY, THANKS A LOT. 1 Quote
Peter de Vries Posted 1 hour ago Posted 1 hour ago Hi everyone, I've just read about this thread because I encountered the same issue of not being able to fillet a polyline with radius 0 when using the p-option. It works fine if I select separate straight sections of the polyline though, but that's not what I want. So, looking a bit further, I found the resolution to my problem in the systemvariable 'FILLETPOLYARC'. When setting this variable to '1', fillet radius 0 on polylines doesn't work. Setting this variable to '0', however, results in expected behaviour, filleting with another radius, thereby changing the existing arc segments by their new radius - including radius of 0. Let this tip help us all further in our (sometimes) struggle with Autodesk adding variables in new releases which change our expected ways of working. And remember, set the 'FILLETPOLYARC' variable to '0' Cheers! Peter Quote
SLW210 Posted 41 minutes ago Posted 41 minutes ago The OP and the 2nd person with a problem fixed their issues with resetting AutoCAD and resetting their profile. FILLETPOLYARC, can be handy set to 1 if you need to Fillet arc segments. Though it has it's faults. Quote FILLETPOLYARC affects only the Polyline option of the FILLET command. Value Description 0 Legacy behavior from AutoCAD 2014 and earlier, which doesn't fillet arc segments in polylines. 1 Current behavior that fillets arc segments, which in some cases can result in unexpected kinks.
