Open a project created in ACA 2014 in 2019

I've recently changed my home system from ACA 2014 to 2019.

I had a few Projects set up in the Project Manager under the old version and I'm trying to open them in 2019 but it doesn't seem to let me - it seems to just treat the project file as a folder.

 

Can any one suggest anything to try?
