Just what is it that you wish to draw in this "smart city"?  And, why wouldn't you use Revit instead of AutoCAD?

Since you are required to use AutoCAD the fact that it is a smart city is of no importance.

 

Have you ever used AutoCAD to create a 3D model?  How complex and detailed does this model have to be?  What is your timeframe for completion?  What other criteria has to be met?

If this is for a class assignment, shouldn't the instructor provide some sort of instructions? What type of class is this? Where you instructed on the use of 3D AutoCAD?
