There is a huge amount of info about taking block attributes to excel, I would suggest you do a bit of a google. You should be able to find something close and then it can be edited to suit your block name and attributes required.

 

The first step is to make columns of the blocks, you can then copy and paste the second set of columns.

 i need to update Same template, There is ATTOUT also but i need in This Excel Template

I did dataextraction made a csv opened it in excel and made this took a couple of minutes.
