How to set a default style to Pipe networks that are data refed in?

I made a ton of crossings for underground utilities using a pipe network in the civil 3D source file but every time I Data reference the crossings into a drawing they come in with the wrong style (Proposed Pipes).

 

How do I set the default style for my networks? The network I created for my crossing is called "Ex. Utilities"
