Jim Clayton Posted September 27, 2019 Share Posted September 27, 2019 Hey everyone. I have a new job opportunity lined up early next week for a Civil/Structural position. There’s a lot of emphasis on 3d and I’ve been drafting in 2d almost exclusively for the past five plus years. I know how to draft in 3d but I look like a total noob when doing it and I have the same level of confidence that I did when I got out of school...roughly 3%. I feel like a fraud that will be unmasked at any moment. Does anyone have a line on some crash courses to get my skill level up over the next few days? Please and thank you. BIGAL Posted September 27, 2019 Share Posted September 27, 2019 I don't do a lot in 3d but brush up on the not so obvious, rotate3d and setting UCS to 3d planes. A friend is trying to get me the gig and he knows 3d isn't my strong suit, but I'd still rather not look like a total noob when I go in there. I appreciate the help.
