Create a Block that contains commands or lisp that allow commands to fill data into block

The is a need to  create a block that has 3 data sets that are  input automatically and an some manually,

A Pod Letter Upper left defaulting to A, A line number most likely  be manually  input upper right , defualting to 1

then a line  below that gives the value of plmeas to zero decimals command where select one or multiple  plines with ' as suffix..

 

 

Example:

A 1

235'

 

A is pod letter

1 is line (s) number

235' is LFF

 

Insert block called LFF

plmeas line(s)  and fill in LFF field

ask for Pod Letter  which is manually filled 

ask for line(s) number manually or sequentially filled

 

Text height of annotative object is 0.075
