How to change the source block of Multileader with Lisp?

I am trying to turn the source block into a circle.
I want to automatically select and change all the multi-leaders in the drawing.
Please help me~!!

Source block as in arrowhead symbol? This is something that should be changed in the style then all mleaders that reference the style will be updated.

Maybe this use dumpit and compare "ContentBlockName" plus text properties.
