Here are two examples. One for rotated and the other for aligned.

  

;; Rotated Dims
(setq ss1 (ssget "x" (list (cons 0 "Dimension")(cons 70 32)))); include code 70 with 32 value for rotated dimensions.
(sssetfirst nil ss1)

;; Aligned Dims
(setq ss1 (ssget "x" (list (cons 0 "Dimension")(cons 70 33)))); include code 70 with 33 value for aligned dimensions.
(sssetfirst nil ss1)
