madriver
So some setting has mis aligned my UCS. It is set to world, SNAPANG is set to 0 but when I go to move an object the polar UCS is off angle by a few degrees and won't allow a straight 90 or zero degree move? Also when drawing a line the X axis will draw at 0 degrees but the Y axis will no draw 90 degrees. Thank You Edited January 18, 2021 by madriver
Dadgad
Could you please post a drawing misbehaving thusly?
Dadgad
Open your SYSVDLG window and cursor scroll through all of the sysytem variables which begin with UCS, as shown in the screenshot. Might want to check your UCSORTHO variable setting as shown too.

Dadgad
Nice one rkent! Not one with which I was familiar. Can only be called in Modelspace.
rkent
Thanks Dadgad, I have a key shortcut of two letters to return UCS and PLAN to World.
