Lisp with combined DCL (for a pull down)

I am trying to come up with a way to combine a dcl into the lisp file so i do not have two files. I was wanting to try to create a dcl that had a pull down with options 1, option 2, option 3. (Trying to think simple to understand how this would work). Once the user selects the option in the pull down, it would execute the command. Thank you for any pointers.

There are several examples on here and other sites, where the DCL file is written at runtime with a lisp function before it is loaded - relatively easy to do.

An Example from BIGAL on this forum (Look for the "Multi Getvals.lsp" link to download):
