sarat Posted February 6, 2009 Share Posted February 6, 2009 Howdy, Changing colors of layers in an Xref. (AutoCAD 2008 ) Visretain seems to be a package deal (on/off, color, linetype etc...). Would like to have these changes in color transfer to sheets without changing the on/off status. Any way of "visretaining" only the color of a layer? Muchas Gracias. chulse Posted February 6, 2009 Share Posted February 6, 2009 You may be able to use Layer States to transfer chosen settings (export/import the layer state with the Layer States Manager) But I don't think VISRETAIN will do what you want - would be nice though if it offered more control - WISHLIST!!
