AutoCAD 2018 Installation Stalled

I am not able to continue installation. 'Next' button not clickable.

The blue vertical banner on the left - doesn't that say "INSTALLED"?

So there is nothing to do.

It is not installed. Those might be from the previous version I have in the computer, you know?

Did you already attempt to install this version and then quit before it finished? Or did the installation fail for some reason? If so, take a look at this article:

As a corporate site we had problem where a DirectX or Microsoft .NET version was incorrect, you have to watch the install the error message can be very quick, there are install logs so can check their for the error. Will need to google was a while ago.

 

We managed to run Custom  on Installation and turned off 1 of the options that was causing the problem something that we would not use CIV3D.
