How do you proceed to increase the square of the pointer? Thank you

You have circled the Pickbox.  You can type PICKBOX at the command line to increase the value (default is 4 I believe).  Do not confuse Pickbox size with Aperture size.  Aperture size controls the object snap target box.  They are two different variables.

You would probably be interested to go to OPTIONS

and then look at the SELECTION and DRAFTING tabs

to help you understand what the variables do.

Sorry but I didn't understand what I have to do, am I attaching my screenshots? On the other hand, what should I put in the boxes with the question mark?

Thank you

Try different numbers Pickbox 10 would be fairly big same with Apperture, the 4k screens suffer here and as they default to say 4 but are very small. You can change as often as you like set it to what you like. Try different numbers.

As per @BIGAL, try using larger values, maybe 20 & 12, and see if those work for you.

If not, choosing a LARGER number will make it BIGGER still,

and a SMALLER number will make them smaller.

Play with them until you like how they look.

If you are using a 4K monitor with 2010, you will definitely need to tweak lots of display settings.  🤔

Both the PICKBOX and APERTURE variables can be changed at the command line merely by typing the variable's name, pressing the Enter key then changing the value.  You are making this way more complicated than it needs to be.  And like I said in my first post, these are two different variables so you must be aware of which one it is you want to change.
