missing parentheses?

i have a folder of lisps that is supposed to load upon opening a dwg. It stops loading them and gets stuck wanting me to select object to scale. Can someone take a look at this and tell me where the problem lies and how to fix it. Im assuming its lisp because if i dont have them load upon opening i dont have the problem
