Table sort, move rows and columns for Autocad 2021-2023

Probably still has a ton of bugs, just looking for feedback to see if this works with your tables

the installer is a .bundle and an arx, nothing is written to the registry...

 

Sort menu;

Sort expects to the column to be the same datatype.

The module tries to convert text numbers to real numbers before sorting

 

Sort ignores:

 -first row if it’s a title row.

-second row if it’s a header row.

 

Sort menu is greyed out when:

-there’s merged cells (except title)

-locked or read only content or format

-cell overrides this module doesn’t understand (modified gridlines)

-has a datalink

-cell has a block or multiple content

 

Move menu is greyed out when:

-Inside a cell

-range spans multiple rows/or columns

-cell overrides this module doesn’t understand (modified gridlines)

-has a datalink

-cell has a block or multiple content

-has a merge that’s outside the range

 

Command: CEXTABLESORTERROR

Prints the last 10 reasons why the menu was greyed

 

Command: CEXTABLESORTVER

Prints the version number

Sorry, the program takes advantage of C++20 features to do the sorting https://en.cppreference.com/w/cpp/header/compare AutoCAD 2019 used Visual Studio 2017, so it’s really not possible to make a build Sorry about that ~Dan
