nainuad
Dear all member, I got some problem about slice the solid with surface. I have a solid and I design the surface by loft command and try to slice the solid with that surface. the system said... The Boolean operation on solids failed. Modeling Operation Error: Inconsistent containment of intersection curve. SLICE failed for selected solid. and the other one said .... The Boolean operation on solids failed. Modeling Operation Error: System inconsistency processing edge coincidence. SLICE failed for selected solid. How can I solve this problem?? My surface is extend from the solid edge completely all around 5 mm. I have 4 solid and I can slice it 2 of all. I don't know why. Could any one help me please?? I use cad v 2007. Thank a lot for all suggestion. Regards,

I have posted the picture for you and all members. I make sure that all the blue surface has cut all completly all solid and extend around 3-5 mm each side. The system said "Modeling Operation Error: System inconsistency processing edge coincidence. SLICE failed for selected solid." I try to change the edge but now it's not work. Can anyone help me? I think CAd is difficult too much for me to design in 3d. Thank you.
ReMark
AutoCAD can only do so much with complex shapes. Maybe it is time to consider another program. 3ds Max?

Cad64
You don't need to post the entire drawing, just save out the object shown in your screenshot and post that drawing file.
