SES
Hi, I've been using Autocad for a number of years, but fairly new to Electrical. I'm in the process of creating panel symbols and to reduce the number of drawings would like to make them dynamic blocks with multiple views. My question is, when setting object visibility, is it required to set the symbol attributes to being visible in all states even if there is no reason to edit or view them? I had them only visible in one state, but am being informed that Electrical requires them to be visible in all states. Thanks, Larry
Steven P
I don't have any of the add-ons but my gut reaction is that they should work as normal, so visibility can be turned on and off depending on the states - Electrical is just added onto basic AutoCAD so all the basic functions should still work OK. Try a test and see what it does
