mickeforsberg
I know I've seen a solution to my problem somewhere before, but now I can't find it anymore. It's probably a simple solution, but how do I make the text frame the same size even though the contents differs in size? Upper case, lower case, special characters etc. Edited April 5, 2023 by mickeforsberg
CyberAngel
This strategy seemed to work for me. You may have to experiment with the proper values. Set the "Line space distance" property to a value larger than the text height. I tried triple the height. Next, set the "Line space style" to "Exactly" instead of "At least." This forces AutoCAD to use an exact vertical limit for the frame rather than the tallest character. Depending on the range of special characters you use, you may have to adjust the line spacing. Ah yes, these settings are the ones I've seen before. Thanks! Is it possible to center the text in the frame? For some reason the text is somewhat offset upwards inside the text frame.
