We’re excited to share another Have You Tried article with you as we take a deep dive into the JOIN command, specifically for 2D objects.

Have you ever offset objects only to end up modifying those objects so they touch end to end? Or maybe you wanted to turn several objects into a single object to make them easier to modify.

In this new Have You Tried, we go over the basics of joining 2D objects, including:

  • Joining 2D lines
  • Joining arcs
  • Using the Close option to close an arc to create a circle
  • Joining 2D lines and arcs to create a 2D polyline

Learn how the JOIN command can simplify your drawings and make it easier to modify objects with the step-by-step examples in Have You Tried: Joining 2D Objects.
