Autodesk Showcase problem when importing file from Autocad

Hi, not sure if this is the right place to put my question so I apologize if that is the case and please move my topic to the right place on this site. So to my problem.

I use Autocad 2023 and in this program I made a drawing of one product. See the link:  https://prnt.sc/XCJpJKLAb7g3

I also have Autodesk Showcase 2016 which I use to make a presentation picture. I find this program very easy to use. I have been using it along side with Autocad for many projects.

When I try to open the dwg ifile in Showcase it just crashes. So after a search on the internet I found solution. To export dwg file from Autocad as IGES file and then to open it in Showcase. This worked BUT of course there had to be a problem. When the drawing opens in Showcase one object is not showing correctly. See the link: https://prnt.sc/rCzRs8zb14z9   As you can see when you compare the first link I put here with the second one you can see that one object in the drawing (the electrical outdoor socket) is shown as 2 part). the upper part is separated from the lower one. See the link for better explanation: https://prnt.sc/5ohM5Ry3Zqrn

What am I doing wrong?

Best regards to you and thanks in advance for any help.

Miro
