Applying/setting up Miter corners for non-continuous/complex Linetype Polylines with Global Width

I want to create Miter corners for complex Linetype polylines and sadly I can only create Rounded corners right now with FILLET.
Is there any way to create Miter corners? Command, variable… anything?

I currently using AutoCAD 2018

Check the radius setting for the FILLET command. It needs to be zero if you want a sharp corner.

 

If that doesn't help, please provide more information.

All corners are 0 radius corners.
By the way the sharp/Miter corners reappear if I change the polylines to Continuous linetype. But it doesn’t work if I use more complex lines.
Does it works with your setup with complex linetypes?
