I use the extrim command

 

I don't know why it doesn't cut the hidden line

when the scale is large

is there anything that can help?

It's known issue... You'll have to go through workaround... Temporarily change linetype of HIDDEN line to Continous, then use EXTRIM, then apply back HIDDEN linetype to line that was errornous...
