Krztoff Posted March 19, 2009 Posted March 19, 2009 Hello, previsouly I didn't have this issue, but lately when I attach an Xref to a drawing, and someone else on the network want's to open the original, it says that it is in use and can only be viewed read-only. Then I have to close my drawing, and after that person has opened the original file I can go back to working in my drawing that contains the Xref. Could someone please tell me what could cause this? Krztoff Posted March 19, 2009 Author Posted March 19, 2009 I think I red it in some smart-a$$ book that it should be changed to that setting (which caused the problem), and it didn't explain why nor what it does, so I guess that was when I changed that setting Quote
dpcounts Posted May 1, 2009 Posted May 1, 2009 thanks for asking this question.....it worked for me too Quote
