paul1966 Posted April 6, 2009 Posted April 6, 2009 just trying to save a pre-drawn dwg file as a plot file ready to send the printers, after i plot i get the above message. after looking on google i came across this info- The DWG files reference a plot style that you do not have. If you go to each layout and select "Page setup" you can look in the upper right portion of the dialog box and change the pen mapping to none. after doing the above it plots without errors but i am reluctant to send it to print without checking it worked ok. is there a way of viewing a cad plot file? ok i have found a demo program that lets me convert a plt file to a pdf, the plot looks ok just some of text font is slightly different. i have sent it to print so we'll see what we get soon.
