You explained it well. I did everything but it's the same again. I didn't even write that before but it reports a zero length for some lines, that doesn't happen with 4-digit coordinates. I'm also adding a picture to make it clearer. Thank you very much.

Try this: change all ten-thousandths to thousandths. That is, change every time you find 0.0001 to 0.001

And make sure that there are no small invisible lines near the line you need to select (possibly there are several and when you try to select the slope line you actually select one of these small lines. For this reason the command might not work correctly)
