SECTIONPLANE creating backwards images

SuperCAD

Recommended Posts

I'm using the SECTIONPLANE command to create elevations of a solid (I know, FLATSHOT is an option too), but when the block is inserted, it shows the image as a mirror of what it should be (i.e. objects that "should" be on the right, are on the left).

The command gives me the following:

Select face or any point to locate section line or [Draw section/Orthographic]:

I selected Orthographic.

Align section to: [Front/bAck/Top/Bottom/Left/Right]:

I selected Left.

Now, when I create the 2D section/elevation what should be the left elevation looks like the right elevation.

I've tried rotating the section plane, moving it, flipping it and nothing is working. What am I doing wrong here?

I'm on r14 so I don't have sectionplane available, but this sounds like it might be UCS related. Check your UCS before doing the sectionplane.
