Multileader justify paragraph doesn't work

Hi all,

 

ACAD 2026 Issue: MLEADER text does not update when setting paragraph alignment to Justify in the editor.

 

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create a MLEADER with text.
2. Open the text in the MTEXT editor.
3. Set the paragraph alignment to Justify.
4. Close the editor.

 

Expected: Text should be justified.
Actual: Text remains left-aligned; Justify has no effect.

What does dumpit.lsp reveal it should show in the Textstring property 

TextString = "\\pxqc;This is a test of\\Psetting the text\\P to middle centre"

The pxqc is centre justified, a pxql is left justified.

 

You should have a copy of dumpit.lsp.

Here's the property:

See screen shot of the properties that shows this too along with how the mleader is left justified and not using justified paragraph.

 

 

The editor is correct, but as soon as I exit, it displays as above.

I've had this problem for a long time. To apply justification to text in a multitext, you have to select it. Even if the justification applies to the entire contents. That doesn't match what happens in word processors, but whatevs.
