I no longer have AutoCAD or any ability to support them but I wanted to share the greatest accomplishments of my career

 

The ability to open and parse binary files, demonstrated in esrishp.lsp and read-bin.lsp
 

make beautiful maps from esri shp data and SHADOWING.lsp (use refe and refc to edit a block in place a lot)

 

I don’t claim to be the ONLY person to entmake a 3dsolid demonstrated in the su command, but where else can you find out about the sat format from Spatial Technologies before it became proprietary information? An old manual i got off their website at the right time

 

Trace over the client’s/engineer’s sketch easily digitizing it with smoothtrace.lsp

 

Scalable stipple so concrete surfaces appear at the same density regardless of the scale

 

Control joints that disappear on the site plan

 

Use clipped block instead of hatch pattern for asphalt surface

 

Linetypes where the lineweights of the actual line are independent of embedded symbol                     

 

Symbols a new block that scales automatically without  the overhead of dynamic blocks
