Batchplot on dedicated computer
Noodie posted a topic in AutoCAD Drawing Management & OutputI was wondering if its possible and someone knows a way, to get another machine to do the grunt work on a batchplot; in a similar way to a render farm outsources computer power to do large renders. I find the plot in background option takes significantly longer to plot and slows the computer down to boot, we have a spare CAD machine sitting in the corner, I'm imagining it wont be too hard but I could be wrong. cheers
markcarter10 posted a topic in AutoCAD 3D Modelling & RenderingComputer animation/3D animation (or CGI animation) is the art of creating moving images with the use of computers. It is a subfield of computer graphics and animation. Increasingly it is created by means of 3D computer graphics, though 2D computer graphics are still widely used for stylistic, low bandwidth, and faster real-time rendering needs. Sometimes the target of the animation is the computer itself, but sometimes the target is another medium, such as film. It is also referred to as CGI (computer-generated imagery or computer-generated imaging), especially when used in films such as spiderman, batman, toy story, any action scenes and more.so more info google out renderrocket.
