deres
Right click on a free space at your desktop, and choose "properties" at the menu. You are now at the menu "display properties", go to "settings". If the refresh rating isn't there, click "advanced". Go to "monitor" and change it.
Cad64
I think you should go back and re-read what you wrote in your first post. It doesn't make sense. you said "when I draw a line, or more and object its not a smooth move/transition". What exactly is the problem? deres
...while I'm waiting for your answer, I have a very good time watching all that Christmas lights at your house...awesome work! CADMASTER1128
I think you should go back and re-read what you wrote in your first post. It doesn't make sense. you said "when I draw a line, or more and object its not a smooth move/transition". What exactly is the problem? I meant to say "when I draw a line, or move an object/block it's not a smooth move/transition" Meaning that the Polar line is jerky. Make more sense? Cad64
It sounds like you have Snap turned on. Have you tried hitting F9?

Cad64
And this is the computer on which you swapped out the graphics card and you have been trying to install more RAM? Did you have this problem before you started changing things? It could be a problem with the graphics card or a memory issue. Did you ever get all of that sorted out? deres
edit: I second looked at the video...Cad64 is right, graphic card or memory issue.

Did you have this problem before you started changing things? It could be a problem with the graphics card or a memory issue. Did you ever get all of that sorted out? Yes, I still need to get that sorted out, But...I did all of this back when I had Vista. I re-installed Xp and '08 and CAD was working fine. Then i got a virus, after re-re-installing '08 is when I started to have this issue. I was told to update my driver. After updating the driver, my pan was messed up. Any other ideas? Cad64
What driver did you update? For what? That jumpy display in the video would lead me to believe that this is probably an issue with your Graphics card. Did you make sure it was compatible with your system before installing it? Is it getting enough juice from your power supply? Is it compatible with your Motherboard?
CADMASTER1128
I updated my driver for my mouse per ReMArk I think. However when I uninstall the update it fixed my panning issue Did you make sure it was compatible with your system before installing it? Is it getting enough juice from your power supply? Is it compatible with your Motherboard? Yes, Yes and Yes...lol
