Whatever you do try NOT to override layer color and linetype unless there is a good reason to do so. It makes life much easier.

if i change the linetype what kind of effect gives tothe design i make?isnt it better if i chenge them to make every design more clear if someone else is seeing it?

I think what ReMark was saying was don't change the linetype for any individual object. Leave the setting for each individual object as By Layer. Then change the linetype for each layer as needed to make a clear drawing.
