You can place the text on a determined layer and then use filter command to change all the text height, since the height does not change the angle and the insert point of the text.

I can't figure it out why I can't get the same results as you and CM Hev have. Is it that big difference between 2008 and 2010??

 

Anyway thanks for your ideas- now I can use excel to do my task!
