which editor do you use for visual lisp code editoring ?

I am studying visual lisp ,

I need a better code editor for visual lisp code .

I usually prefer vim as my editor ,

but the lisp.vim file in vim is not good for me to use,

Or who has a good visuallisp.vim file for syntax highlighting for visual lisp code ,

On the Visual LISP Tools Menu:

Windows Attributes

Configure Current to suit your needs

oh no ,I know that ,I usually editor code in vim,then paste them into visual lisp ide(vlide) to debug,

I think vim is much better then visual lisp ide when you just edit visual lisp code .

I think someone maybe have the vim syntax highlighting file for visual lisp code,

there is no code folding in visual lisp ide,code-folding is very use when your source code is very long ,

I can fold source code in vim manually ,but it is impossible for us to fold code in visual lisp ide.

the cold folding function in vim is much better than notepad ,I think .my autocad is 2004

I do not know whether you have use vim ,I think the code folding in vim is best after using several editors.

As a matter of fact i did. even Eclipse and pyDev

look, I don't want to start another editor war here ok? :) so chill, just laying out your options thats all

I have used vim for several months ,maybe some can provide me the visual lisp syntax file for vim ,

He might be confused because the Page not found :(

 

Ha!! that maybe it. :shock: oh well.

 

I say, if you're comfortable using VIM then continue using it otherwise use vlide and adapt (especially working with Lisp codes)
