I have one of those. It's my custom "GO HOME" button. One click and my current drawing does a ZOOM EXTENTS, PURGE, QSAVE and EXIT. The icon is a beer mug.

Brilliant command! :notworthy:

Wow... I thought I was the young one here... but you just made me feel like old salt around here.

I did my training in 2002... thought I was the baby.

No dude, I only started August 2012!

At 16!

A few years back, I was forced to give up my familar R14 for 2011 and, with the ribbon, I was completely lost.

I wound up taking a training class. (first time since the 90's) Since the first few days were a "rookie class", I just followed along as best I could. The last two days were the advanced class and I was one on one with the instructor. Once he showed me how to make his world look like my old world, he couldn't believe I could make a living doing engineering with so few icons...... But, I suppose it comes down to whatever you're comfortable with. In the end, geometry is geometry. Doesn't really matter how you get there.

The one thing I was really impressed with though, was how quickly the "rookies" picked up on the whole thing. Most of 'em had never used any CAD software. Goes to show you that computers are so much more familar now than twenty years ago......
