I'll give you the benefit of the doubt and figure you forgot to update your computer specs. A lot of firms still use 32 bit Windows Xp as they know it works fine. ReMark Posted July 7, 2012 Share Posted July 7, 2012 Windows 7 has a proven record of reliability so the only reasons not to roll out a change to a different OS would be 1) the cost or 2) incompatibility with existing software (although even that is a weak excuse at best).
