... and as a beginner 'the annotation that appears as an image in my post is so special' for me... that's why I posted this thread in the AutoCAD Beginners' Area.

What's so special about the annotation that appears as an image in your post? My guess is it is either a block or a dynamic block.

Assuming you are asking about GD&T, if not ignore. You can use TOLERANCE command for the M and for the other frames, the line and rectangle will be made by you. Draw it and create a block.


Multileader would be a good way to go, pretty easy to get set up.
