sandiegophil
Hello, I have a file with a block made of some simple lines and arcs. When I view it on screen, the lines and arcs do not meet at common endpoints. When I edit with the grips, they grip the points correctly but the grips do not match the 'visual' endpoints. Additionally, everything plots perfectly. I have set viewres to the max value with no results. I am ending up with 'x's at the corners. What settings am I overlooking? Thanks, Phil
ReMark
Could some of those lines and arcs have a "Z" greater or lesser than "0"?
sandiegophil
ReMark, All objects are at "0", no thickness, just lines and arcs, no plines either...
Dadgad
Might you want to use BLOCKEDIT, and join/close those naughty bits?
sandiegophil
a fantastic idea, unfortunately the boundary of the block consists of 2 lines and 2 arcs that are already joined and closed. thank you for replying

sandiegophil
RESOLVED- Thanks to all for your suggestions and assistance. I recreated the boundary and was able to get the 'appearance' I wanted. Strange way to get it though, I made sure the block object entities were all created clockwise and that seemed to fix the issue. Have any of you run into the same situation??
