count in mtx

Can anyone help me with an autolips that can select the number of circles in a rectangle and create an mtxt with the number of circles for me. Specifically, at the end of the autolisp command, ask me to select the location where I want that mtxt to be created for me.

I just want to select the part that also contains circles and make a mtx according to the red border in the dwg

Next question do you want the circles labelled ? A B C etc can save in dwg A=8 B=10 C=6 etc hidden away in dwg, so when adding more details labels are consistent. Dont want panel 1 A=8, Panel 2 A=6. Hint Ldata.

@BIGAL If you think that the circles should be labeled with letters and based on those letters to calculate the sum and bring it to you in MTXT A= the sum of the labeled letters add X ⌀ and the value of the diameter yes. I would like to, I think it would help me. Exactly as in the red border in the dwg
