lpseifert Posted July 28, 2009 Posted July 28, 2009 Stop arguing and click on this link. What? Seems to be the same discussion (argument?) on the link you provided Quote
AQucsaiJr Posted July 28, 2009 Author Posted July 28, 2009 Stop arguing and click on this link. You're looking for another link to a program called capsman.ex. It should be easy enough to find and download. Did it myself to verify. http://forums.augi.com/showthread.php?t=58477 This program seems to do the trick. I do have a question for you, if you have been using this program already. It seems to have options to turn caps on for ACAD, turn caps off for outlook, and turn caps off for web browser. Thats all great, exactly what I was looking for but is there a way to turn caps off for other programs, such as word? I do belive this program is the answer to my original question, Thanks ReMark. StevenMc Posted July 28, 2009 Posted July 28, 2009 there seems to be a fault in the program with me, everytime im on the internet it turns caps on even though i have specifically ticked the box off. so i'll stick to just pressing the button Quote
ReMark Posted July 28, 2009 Posted July 28, 2009 Hey guys, I just find this **** I don't write it! If you need further detail into the workings/history of the program PM me and I'll tell you where to look. I make absolutely, positively no promises what-so-ever you'll find any more joy than what you already have. If you demand perfection don't read my posts. Quote

AQucsaiJr Posted July 28, 2009 Author Posted July 28, 2009 For those who are interested in this, I do actually have a perfect solution if you are willing to pay after the 30 day trial.... http://www.barhamsoftware.com/CapsWiz/index.htm I was just interested to see if there was a free program and found that there was a very similar program thanks to ReMark... http://www.theswamp.org/lilly_pond/keith/CapsMan.exe?nossi=1 Quote
JBullseye74 Posted July 28, 2009 Posted July 28, 2009 Another litle trick is if you forget to Turn your Caps on OR Off: Double click on your text so your in Text Editor - Select All then press either Ctrl+Shift+U to change everything to upper case OR Ctrl+Shift+L to change to Lower case. Quote
AQucsaiJr Posted July 28, 2009 Author Posted July 28, 2009 Ya that's what I was doing. I have no complaints with that method. I am just one of, i am guessing, a hand full of people who type faster by keeping my eyes on the keys rather than what I am typing, so if I don't catch it right away I could go for a while and never catch it. Unfortunately I have never been able to break my typing habit even though I do not need to look at the keys at all. Quote
