Ok. Totally different problem here. How do I change my template to adjust for metric? Example: Drawing One is in inches and I want drawing two to me in Millimeters. However, on my drawing I want them both to be 1:1 scale.

I have noticed with I save them template that it ask for Measurement in Metric or English.

But, I want it in Millimeters not in Centimeters or Meters. I guess that I can start over and just draw my borders instead of 7.5 like I did for inches just do it at 190.5 for millimeters and 266 millimeters instead of 10.5 for inches.

Is that the correct way?

At times the dinosaur system is useful! Have been there a couple of times in the past year, or two, maybe three years.

My advice would be to set up two templates. One would be for when you want to draw in imperial units and the other for when you want to draw in metric units. Another option would be to pick one, or the other, then set up your dimensioning to show alternate units. Example: your template is set to use imperial units but in your dimension style you go to the alternate units tab and tell AutoCAD that you want to also indicate the metric equivalent.
